EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
We are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that have shipped from our facility.
How ever if the item has not been shipped you can reach out to our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your order number and email used during purchase. If you are interested in exchanging item for different size or another item in our store please include the name and size of item you would like to purchase.
If you would like a refund we will process your refund back to the payment method used during checkout. Please allow 3-7 business days for your money to be credit back to your account. If your money isn’t released during this time please contact your financial institution.
